How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
All items (except some sale items) are made to order, so there will be a wait time. This can be 2-6 weeks depending on current work load.
If you need your item for a certain date please email before ordering to make sure it will be possible to avoid disappointment.

Items are sent out unpolished

I cant see the colour option I want in the drop down menu! Are those the only choices?

No, if you dont see the colours you would like, please drop us an email and more than likely we will be able to do the item you would like in the colours you want.

What size should I buy?

When purchasing, please choose the size that you feel is correct (eg XS, S, M...) then after checkout you will recieve an email with a document to download which is our size chart

For sizes above XXL there is a small additional charge 

All items (except ready made and some sale items) are made to order and made to measure so we do need the custom measurements for each order to guarantee a perfect fit.

If you have any questions on how to take accurate measurements we are happy to help. Jane Doe can take no responsibility when incorrect measurements are supplied and a garment doesn’t fit  

Can I come work with you? / Intern for uni work?

We do not have any positions available currently for training etc.

I’m An influencer/model, can i have items in exchange for promo? Or do you lend items for shoots?

We do not offer any discounts or trade for ‘influencers’ or models 

For the right editorial projects we sometimes allow pulls for a non refundable cleaning fee. We do not allow pulls for events or video filming.

I changed my mind, I want to cancel my order. Can I have my money back?

All orders are final. If you have any questions regarding sizing or arrival date these must be asked before purchasing.

If you decide you want to change what you have ordered please email as soon as possible as it may be fine to change and adjust any payment if you choose something priced higher.
