How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
All items (except some sale items) are made to order, so there will be a wait time. This can be 2-6 weeks depending on current work load.
If you need your item for a certain date please email before ordering to make sure it will be possible to avoid disappointment.
You may of course always come to see us in store and choose an item thats ready to wear from the rail!
I cant see the colour option I want in the drop down menu! Are those the only choices?
No, if you dont see the colours you would like, please drop us an email and more than likely we will be able to do the item you would like in the colours you want.
What size should I buy?
We’d rather you included your measurements into the Paypal page. That means we can make everything to fit you perfectly. It only takes a few minutes to take them down, usually we’ll ask for bust, waist, and hips in inches and also bra size and height.

Why aren’t there zips in the back of halterneck tops & dresses?
At Jane Doe we think the great thing about latex is how smooth it is once it’s on, and a great big plastic zip just upsets that perfect line. So it’s better to wriggle into an item if you can rather than put a zip in where it’s not strictly necessary. Of course there will be a zip in high neck tops & dresses, and jackets.

I’m a model, can I have a discount if I send you photos? Or do you lend items for shoots?
I’m afraid no discounts are offered in exchange for photos, as you can imagine a lot of customers are models so if all had discounts it’d half all business! You are more than welcome to send photos in, or put them up in the ‘fan page’ on facebook. Lending is very limited and conditions are that the end result must be beneficial, i.e exceptional shots and/or tear sheets. Clothes MUST be returned properly washed and talc’ed and if not a fee will be charged.
I changed my mind, I want to cancel my order. Can I have my money back?
I’m afraid not, once orders go through refunds will not be given unless in unusual circumstances. If you decide you want to change what you have ordered please email as soon as possible as it may be fine to change and adjust any payment if you choose something priced higher.
