All orders are shipped using the ‘signed-for’ service. We also use ‘airsure’ for international items that need a faster service, there may be a small extra charge for this.

Terms and conditions
If you order the wrong size the garment it may be exchanged for a different size, with only the postage costs being charged. This does not apply when custom measurements are given, so please be sure when ordering. This must be done within 7 days. Giving the correct measurements at the time of ordering will mean that getting the wrong size will not be a problem
Goods must be returned unworn.
Any problems must be reported within 8 days.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges on any sale item bought.
Any manufacturing defects will be replaced at no cost by Jane Doe.

If you need the item for a certain date/event please let us know when ordering and we can let you know if it is possible.
